The complete production line start with the decal paper drying,brushing powders,proofread and cutting to make it fit the products,then move to mold workshop to start molding process.The important is the inspection.The first inspectors check products one by one.While products finished, we go to grinding process.Auto polish machine can help us improve the efficiency.Next we go to inspection.Second inspection,we check the products and take out the qualified products.And then is packing,there will be third inspection again,check each product clearly and stick the label seriously while packing.We offer graphic box, gift box, good cartons to avoid the damage during transportation.
